Payment Policy

Customers are required to make full payment before packages are released for delivery or pickup unless told otherwise. Our payment methods include cash and online transfers. Payment details and shipping costs are provided upfront to ensure transparency.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only in cases where Fullsend Shipping Company is directly responsible for a lost or undelivered package. We do not offer refunds for items that are delayed due to customs processing, incorrect customer information, or external shipping carrier issues. Fullsend is not liable for packages damaged in transit. 

Other Conditions 

* The price for multiple packages is not consolidated; they are charged per weighed package.

* Packages held for over 30 days will be discarded. Fullsend Shipping is not responsible for packages abandoned due to unpaid fees, duties, or incorrect shipping details.

* Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by Jamaican authorities. Fullsend Shipping is not responsible for any packages held, inspected, or seized by customs.

* If a prohibited item is shipped, Full Send Shipping reserves the right to refuse delivery and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
